I struggle with regularity and have been told this is normal by doctors. It doesn't feel normal to me and the bloating is so uncomfortable. After two weeks of taking this product my body is finally back to regular, which is something I haven't had in years. I've tried so many different fiber drinks, it's never worked! The only that that really works for me is to eat a substantial amount of dark leafy greens and well that's not possible on a day to day basis. Great supplement!

I actually reviewed on this probiotic product about a week into it and was really gassy to start at the end of the day. Gassiness has subsided quite significantly so I just needed to give it some time. Beautiful thing when you only have to take one pill in the morning:)

Been taking over a week now I think and I am still getting really gassy around 6 pm and on...Not sure if this is a normal response to this pre/pro but I know sometimes these things take time. I am a 50 year old women with 20lbs to take off workout 3-4 times a week and eat healthy throughout the week with an occasional sugary sweet.
